on the 24th nov 2025 stella moving and storage did a move from mt to Tauranga. i paid a deposit of $300 on the 6th of nov to move me .we they finished moving me on the 24th nov they asked for payment straight away a sum of $1748.00 to move from mt to tauranga .plus they never took off the deposit of $300 . i rang them on the 25th nov to say you never took of the $300 deposit they have admitted there mistake by email ( i have all the emails and tx messages}.. and now they are refusing to pay me back my $300 which i am goint to take them to small claims court...these people are thieves do not deal with them you will be disappointed what gets me they are a business they overcharged me under the fair trading act and small claims court they dont have a leg to stand on all for the sake of $300 they wont stay long in business if they treat there customers like this
