What we do - Place skilled engineering staff into employment in NZ NO RECRUITMENT FEES FOR EMPLOYERS All candidates are vetted, reference checked and interviewed by experienced engineering personnel prior to being introduced to NZ employers. Currently we have had a 100% success rate in obtaining work visas given our robust recruiting and skill testing procedure. We are not a recruitment company – we place skilled migrants into employment in NZ and we do not charge the employer. We assist our candidates by ensuring that they obtain suitable employment relating to their skills with reputable NZ engineering companies. We also assist them to settle into NZ ensuring they have flight bookings, accommodation and are well received by their future employer. What we have done- We have placed skilled migrants into small, medium and large engineering companies in NZ. Candidates have had oil rig, shipbuilding, agricultural machinery, petro chemical, pipeline and plant experience and have appropriate fabrication, fitting and welding skills to match the high tech requirement of these industries. Skills range from light engineering fabrication (sheet metal and piping) to medium to heavy pipe and plate. Candidates are experienced in a broad range of welding procedures ie TIG, MIG, SMAW (arc) FCAW (flux core) in materials high tensile steel, aluminium, copper nickel, duplex, inconel, carbon steel, stainless steel, brass, titanium, mild steel. What we will do for you- Discuss your immediate staffing requirements. Send you appropriate CVs and a video of the interview we have had with the candidates. Arrange telephonic or web cam SKYPE interviews if desired Assist with the documents required for employment purposes Keep you updated throughout the process Assist with rental accommodation.
