Welcome to Soul Space Pilates & Yoga, a place to nurture your body, mind and spirit on your quest for total wellbeing. We offer group classes and private tuition in Pilates, yoga and swing yoga, catering for all levels of fitness and experience.
We offer pilates & yoga in East Auckland, covering Botany, Pakuranga, Howick, Highland Park. The benefits of Pilates and yoga are numerous and life-changing– increased energy and flexibility, better alignment, improved breathing and sleep patterns, less aches, pains and injuries, better stress management and a greater sense of inner calm and wellbeing. We believe that everyone should do yoga or Pilates (or both!) – and that includes you!
For just $25, you can try 7 days of unlimited classes*, to see if our studio is right for you. If you have an existing injury or condition we may recommend an introductory private session to assess you and recommend whether classes are suitable or if further private instruction is required.

Yoga will help your flexibility and improve your wellbeing.
75 minutes. All of our yoga classes are all suitable for any level of experience or fitness. The word “yoga” means “unity” or “oneness”, and works on all aspects of the person – physical, emotional, mental and spiritual. We teach Hatha yoga, and each class is different, combining flowing and held asana (postures), and finishing with pranayama (breathing) and relaxation.
Pilates is a great way to improve your health and wellbeing.
Mat 1
Our beginners’ Pilates class, suitable for those with little or no experience, and of any age or fitness level. The focus is on creating a good understanding and awareness of the basic principles of Pilates – core stability, correct alignment and breathing. All of our Pilates mat classes will help reduce stress, improve posture, reduce aches and pains, increase energy and tone your whole body.

Mat 2
Suitable for those with some Pilates experience, this class builds on the foundations learnt in Mat 1 and has more flow and challenge.

Open Mat
Suitable for all clients, however we recommend that complete beginners to the Pilates method also attend Mat 1 classes if possible.
