put plans in to 3 manufacturers for quotes, Southerans was last to provide quote by a week, even then it took four phone calls and a personal visit followed by yet another phone call to get the quote emailed. It had been sitting on the desk for 3 days as I saw it on my visit there. Further contact on the same quote matters resulted in yet more inaction on their part. Would never consider doing buiness with this firm.
