Company description
ShedSpecs is a Masterton-based pole shed design service built for New Zealand Licensed Building Practitioners. Builders join the free online portal at portal.shedspecs.co.nz, set up the shed in an interactive 3D model, and only pay when they order. A preliminary pack (preliminary plans and a full material list) starts from $99 + GST, and detailed plans with a PS1 start from $999 + GST, with a typical turnaround of 2–4 days. Trusses or rafters are designed to suit the shed. Engineering is provided by our partner, Infinity Consulting Engineers. Consent-level plans, Importance Level 2 (IL2) designs and customisation cost extra, and we confirm the price before you commit. We work with LBP builders across Wairarapa, Wellington, the Hutt, Porirua, Kāpiti and Manawatū-Whanganui.
