Absolutely in shock after my experience today, walked out fuming and crying in the mall. Walked in with very long beautiful hair, asked for defined solid 90s layers around the face and head, came out looking butchered with uneven cuts between the strands and my length was cut further up than what I had asked. My point here is why and how are these people allowed to even open a business! You see them cutting and you wonder if they are even trained to cut hair. The results are shocking and I would never recommend them to anyone. Putrid stylists who simply don't know what they're doing.

I was in shock at the loss of technique of the stylist and absolutely shocked at how I witnessed other people's hair being cut at the same time I went in. They have no knowledge whatsoever of how to cut hair and this is okay? People clearly don't know about hair and I've had my hair cut at some professional salons seen the same this is putrid. I will never ever go back to any salon in Nz having this experience. Nevertheless a salon in the mall. It took me 3 years to grow my hair full length and this stylist took it out 15mins. Rubbish quality salon.
