Description
Have been MANUFACTURING SCREWS and rivets since 1980 and are well known in the New Zealand Market. We make up to 1/4" (6mm) diameter and 2" (50mm) long but through our Auckland factory can make up to 4" long. CUSTOM MADE SCREWS are our strength, manufacturing screws to suit our Customers requirements, working with the Customer to achieve what they want. These requirements maybe just dimensional (to fit a Product better than those available off the shelf) or to enhance a Customers Product. DELIVERY times vary but our normal delivery would be 20 to 25 working days, however if possible, we can improve on that should the Customer be in urgent need, and we have tooling to do the job. TESTING is a very important part of our process, to ensure our Customers receive Fastening Products that meet and exceed the appropriate Standards. Hardened product is subject to "Hydrogen Embrittlement" after plating so we test vigorously to ensure our products are free from this disas
