Description
Aaron Dalton is a Registered Quantity Surveyor who heads Rebuild Valuers. They encompass all trades but their speciality is Carpentry and Contract Administration as Aaron has completed his Trade Certificate in Carpentry and went on to become a QS and later a Project Manager for main contractors.
Rebuild Valuers also provides Sum Insured Valuations, producing 3D electronic drawings on site which are used to measure from and produce a SOQ that are priced.
We can also produce first principal Elemental Calculators for Builders to use to quickly estimate projects.
We are experienced in Contract Administration in NZS3610, NZS3615 and SCC1
