Ramp Remote helps growing businesses build dedicated offshore teams in the Philippines. Founded in 2019 as Amped HQ, we work with clients in New Zealand, Australia and the United States.
Start with the person or start with the role. Browse vetted, anonymised talent profiles and choose who you would like to meet, or give us a brief and we will recruit to it. We arrange introductions and interviews so you can assess the fit before committing.
Our three services meet different hiring needs:
Ramp Hire: recruit and employ a new team member.
Ramp EOR: employ someone you have already found.
Ramp Migrate: bring an existing offshore team across to our employment and support.
We hire across accounting and finance, administration, customer support, sales and marketing, IT and creative roles. Your team member works to your priorities while we support employment in the Philippines, payroll, leave and local compliance. The person, their employment and our support are included in one monthly figure.
We stay involved after the hire to help the working relationship succeed. Our clients include AS Colour, Overdose Digital, ilabb and SBO Financial.
