Writing on behalf of my dad (Martin) feel very disapointed that dad has been a customer of J******'s for 30 years and, yes he may not have alot of hair to trim and you probably don't make much money off him - the fact that he has been so loyal and been turned away for the last 3 x times, after trying to get his hair cut - don't think it's a nice way to treat a man in his 90s!
