Have had nothing but a bad experience , ive been palmed off and handed over to x4 different case workers now. My file has been lost and any 90% of my requests for help have been ignored. Truly frustraiting as been left to sink or swim and feel so overwhelmed . I am hoping something is done to change this for others in my situation. The imbalance of help is clear , as they make a judgement on each person then set what help they will provide . I even had one case worker making jokes about my situation and they were not interested in hearing my health conditions and other aspects
