Company description
The Praesto String Quartet was formed in 1997 and has since performed in 1, 000+ functions. Our gigging experience is unmatched throughout New Zealand: by unmatched, we mean we have performed with Rod Stewart, Glenn Shorrock (Little River Band), on TV3 and CTV, for the Christchurch City Council, the Governor General, the University of Canterbury, the Queenstown Winter Festival and Victoria in the Park, at numerous business openings, art exhibitions, weddings, banquets, anniversaries, silent auctions, Christmas functions and charity events, at the top of the gondola, on punts, on a steamship, on a battleship, at churches and cathedrals, and in the recording studio.
