I worked for Peter Swan and was badly threatened by Ravi a long time employee. He told me two strikes and the third strike I was gone suggesting physical harm. I told management and they tried to say that it was my fault. They talked to him but then I got bullied by the Cad Manager every day he wold come to me many times picking fault with my work. Strangley he was best friends with Ravi and the Head Director. A few months later and they made me redundant.
