The gentleman behind the NZ Post counter is so incredibly unpleasant to deal with that next time I have a parcel and this is the last Post Office in New Zealand I would rather walk and deliver it myself.
First time I thought he just had a bad day. It happens. But today he was even more unpleasant and arrogant. I wanted to purchase a gift for my friend's kid in PaperPlus today too but I left after dropping the parcel and have no intention to ever return.
Customer service is NOT only charging people for their purchases. Somebody should train him for that.
