We won't be bringing our dog back. We arrived at 11:15am and were told we had to come back at 4:00. When we arrived, they charged us an extra day because they are unable to legally operate between 11:00am and 4:00pm. The manager is rude and was not nice to deal with. It was a bad experience from drop off to pick up.
