We won't be bringing our dog back. We arrived at 11:15am and were told we had to come back at 4:00. When we arrived, they charged us an extra day because they are unable to legally operate between 11:00am and 4:00pm. The manager is rude and was not nice to deal with. It was a bad experience from drop off to pick up.

Hi, Im sure the opening hours are 8.30 to 11.00am. If you arrived at 11.15am as stated then that makes you after hours.....is that really their issue ?
