Terrible company. Absolutely dreadful to deal with. They installed my spouting and downpipes. From day one when installed, the new gutters held water. I tried to reach them many times over a long period to talk this through but they never answered their phones or returned my calls. I finally managed to get hold of the owner and was aggressively told by him that my house had moved and it wasn't his problem. He then promptly hung up on me. He said he had come around to fix this a long time ago but this was not so.
