All private rentals must comply with the new healthy home standards, within 90 days of any new or renewed tenancy from 1 July 2021 onwards. Also, starting from 1 July 2020, all landlords are required to provide a statement of their current level of compliance with the healthy home standards in any new or renewed tenancy agreement.
