Nelson Media Agency has been operating in Nelson since 1994. With a (scary) combined experience of over 50 years, Jacquetta Bell and Jane Horder have the writing skills and the media savvy to get your message out. Owner manager, Jacquetta Bell has lived in Nelson for over 30 years and has been involved in the media for all of that time. She worked at Radio Nelson then ran the newsroom at Fifeshire FM for seven years before setting up her own business, the Nelson Media Agency. She has a wide range of contacts in the corporate, arts and community sectors. Jacquetta is a strategic thinker with a bent towards lateral promotional ideas, and is a natural communicator with a clear writing style. Jane Horder has a background in commercial radio current affairs, media training and media writing and liaison work in Nelson. She began in radio as an announcer in 1980; spent the 1990s teaching broadcasting and media at NMIT and in 2006 joined the Nelson Media Agency. Jane has an ability to engage with people, a clear writing style, and an eye for detail. Together Jacquetta and Jane can promote, publicise and put your news and information into print or voice it for radio or visual media.
