My Menopause Transformation was an early pioneer in menopause support programs globally. Our coach, Dr Wendy Sweet (PhD) provides online programs and coaching support for women transitioning from peri-menopause through to post menopause. Her focus is primarily on utilizing evidenced lifestyle science strategies to help women re-establish hormonal balance during the menopause transition. Wendy also runs CPD certified professional development courses for health professionals curious to understand more about the physiology of menopause and women's healthy ageing. Wendy has a PhD in healthy aging, a Master's degree in behaviour change management and started the personal training industry in NZ, making her the ideal online coach/educator."
