Absolutely shocking service. I was charged multiple times when my rubbish wasn’t even collected, including after I had already stopped using their weekly service. Bins left full, money still taken no accountability whatsoever. On top of that, their billing system is a mess. Even when payments have clearly gone through, they still claim you haven’t paid and push the problem back onto you. I had to waste weeks going through bank statements just to prove what they should already be able to see. Only after endless back-and-forth do they finally admit, “Oh okay, yes, you did pay.” No apology. No urgency. No ownership of their mistakes. If you value your time, your money, or basic competence, avoid this company. There are far better operators out there who actually collect the rubbish they charge you for.
