Utterly out of touch. Did not have his facts correct, it was as though he did not read my partners medical history. Kept saying that medications were poison don't take medications. When asked how else we could manage the pain he just kept repeating "medications are poison" When completing a physical assessment he did not ask if he was feeling any pain or discomfort, he told my partner he was feeling no pain. He also said there was very little wrong with my partners back even though the MRI clearly shows 2 torn discs and a bulging disc which according to this specialist was not the cause of my partners pain. When told other medical professionals had seen the MRI and we knew what it showed he suddenly changed his mind. This shows that even a man of his standing will do as he is told by ACC. ACC first, patients last yet again.
