poor quality wool lining

Dissapointed with the quality of wool used on the boots- rough and itchy. Have had similar brand for 6+ years and never had this issue though, when I tried to return my Mi Woolies boots they tried to blame it on an allergy to wool (wouldn't take responsibility for their poor quality wool!)
