Don't give this Barrister any opportunity to rip you off. Get Terms of Engagement which YOU agree to. Charged his full hourly rate for his legal secretary's work. After invoicing for work (and being paid) he then invoiced again claiming 30 more hours spent that he hadn't invoiced the first time. Charged $46 to read the email I sent him telling him I'd paid his invoice! A very greedy operator. Don't trust him like I did . .
