HOPELESS! He is useless at promoting properties. He put in two photos from the same viewpoint but 5 years apart with different colour schemes. He let a tenant fall 5 weeks behind in the rent without realising it. The tenant left the place a pigsty. His inspection reports show a lack of observational skills. He failed to notice a damaged light fitting. When we gave him notice, he kept taking commission past the notice period when a tenant overpaid by two weeks with the result that we now have to pay the new agent too, meaning we pay two commissions covering the same period. Dishonest! Refuses to refund the money he is not entitled to. Stay away from him. Note too, that the address given above is way out of date. He now works from home. I had to visit his premises to pick up some keys. His place is (unsurprisingly) a pigsty, too!
