LUDLOW FARMSTAY, Luxury bed and breakfast accommodation on a Hawkes Bay 624ha working Cropping and Arable farm, come and relax in our fully renovated Shearers Cottage. Enjoy freshly grown produce straight from the paddock eg: peas, sweetcorn (seasonal) and watch the harvesting of grain crops (summer only) Winter lamb finishing, and Bull Beef Fattening. Farm Tours available on request. A totally relaxing little retreat in Central Hawkes Bay. Swimming pool and tennis court available for guests use.

Company description

Ludlow is a working Family Farm of 624 ha situated 25 min south of Hastings on SH2. Drumpeel Road lies 2 kms north of Otane Township turnoff. Ludlow Farm is extenstive cropping, with lamb and beef finishing. Crops include barley, peas, squash pumpkins, sweetcorn, and grass seeds. Come and enjoy our farm in sunny Hawkes Bay, relax in recently renovated Shearers Cottage in luxury accommodation and savour the tranquility of the Drumpeel Valley Farmland, or visit local attractions throughout Hawkes Bay - Wineries and Resturants all easy access or enjoy a home cooked dinner with your Hosts (prebooked only). Breakfast provisions included. We are always keen for hit of tennis before dinner. Expect a warm welcome from Ellymae the Jack Russell Terrier.

I speak and understand Dutch, though I was born in New Zealand, my parents immigrated from the Netherlands and always spoke dutch to us.
