Suggest anyone who wants a smaller job done should stay clear. Arranged for a Soak pit to be installed for a new shed, gave specific directions in email as per Engineers Drawings and Council requirements. Firstly tried to get outv installation of pipework even tho was in quote then agreed to. Requirements were for Solid well liners but Porous pumice type was installed, will have vehicles driving over. Then noticed no filter cloth was installed so isn't up to Council requirements, will have to re do the work. Lakeland Excavators have walked away, unwilling to fix so will have to correct myself, should've went with a contractor who specializes in soak pits. I expected a big company like Lakeland would do a better job but was wrong, instead didn't follow drawings and did non-compliant work
