Kendons Business Advisors Chartered Accountants, Christchurch

My mother used this accountancy firm. She passed away 10 months ago. Naturally I contacted Kendons and advised them as did the solicitor of my mother's passing. Since then Kendons have consistently sent my mother mail asking her to come in and sign her accounts so that her finances can be finalised, etc. Their latest is mail asking her to fill in a questionaire. I have emailled them and called them , the solicitor has advised them , other family members have advised Kendons but it seems to make no difference. It does not make you feel confident in their ability as an accountancy firm to handle your finances when they seem unable to record a death of one of their clients and make the appropriate changes. One mistake or even two I can understand but this has got to the ridiculous stage. Not a company to be recommended
