I booked a dog in to kennels weeks ago and needed to confirm as we had a wedding to attend - I made a dozens calls and left numerous messages and also an email with no reply!
Had to book an alternative kennel - seriously not a way to run a business!

Booked 2 weeks in advance, at the appointed date and time didn't believe we made a booking. Doesn't answer phone. Rude,uncaring and not safe for your fur baby. When challenged about phone call said"if you don't like it you can go", so we did and made other arrangements . Bad person .
