John Roberts Quality Shoe Repairs, Auckland

This is a poor rating in fact a very poor one. I am talking about the worse service I ever received .. Few emotional repairs if I can call them like that.., they cost normally more than the value of buying new shoes. I am a very handy type of person, certainly I could do it my self but I said "let the experts to do it". Mr. expert told me to come after 1 weeks to pick it up ( very simple things ). I presumed he is busy, is heaving a lot to do, he has to rock the covid 19 around.. Any way I am going to pick the shoes up after a week and a half , my shoes have not been touched yet. I left the shoes there for another week, when I been to pick them up they were not ready again. "The expert" felt guilty and performed up front a 2 minute job to my shoes, a sort of "mike mouse" job . Of course I paid as I don't like things for free.. , but Sad !!!!! why I had to be messed around ?
