I am writing to say how much I appreciated the assistance I got from Jack (sorry don't know surname). I had trouble with my radio security code not working and rang you company hoping for answers. I spent two months trying to remedy this problem (after having my car battery removed and replaced). I was fortunate enough to get Jack on the other end of the line. After thirty minutes of going through various options for me to re-start the radio, he was determined to get this fixed for me, sensing my despair.
