Isla Bank Butchery is a Southland based business owned by Craig Hamilton, with day to day operations in the hands of Craig Phillips (above). The butchery offers processing and retail services. As the fourth generation of his family to live in the district, Craig saw that the locals wanted more than meat - they wanted personalised service.
