He Is helpful when you are wanting to buy an inverter, prompt to respond. But then when the Inverter fails he is slow to respond and cagey. My nomad Inverter faulted once and i returned it it was repaired by a local (auckland) repair crowd. then it failed again and it was eventually replaced. I had to drop it off to kelston. which is over an hour drive because we needed it to work. Relying on this power to work. If i had to do it again I would not go with this company. I have heard of others with the similar experiences with him. His experience is not up to scratch either IMO.
