Heck German Smallgoods is a German gourmet butchery in Christchurch, New Zealand We produce and sell authentic German smallgoods, sausages, salamis, beersticks and specially cooked and smoked meats All our products are gluten free and made from premium New Zealand meats Our sausages are prepared with selected and imported German spices, based on original German recipes, enhanced and perfected by the Heck family over the last 150 years The majority of our customers are from the greater Christchurch area, however due to increasing demand from all over New Zealand, we are shipping to more destinations
