Description
We are a leading team of highly trained nurses and carers, and have been caring for people in their own homes for almost 20 years. We work closely with our cliants, families and whanau to best understand and support their needs, whether for the short or long term, 24 hours per day to a few hours per week. Healthvision was established in 1998 by Sue Doherty, a UK-trained Registered Nurse who identified a need for a quality and responsive home-based care service. Over the years Healthvision has earned an excellent reputation in the health care sector and the community.

We are an award winning provider of specialised top quality home healthcare for people who require assistance to live independently at home due to injury, illness or disability for the short or long term, 24 hours per day to a few hours per week. Our services include : Assessments and Rehabilitation, Nursing Care, Personalised Cares, Homecare and Home Support, ACC Client Support, Spinal and Head Injury Support, Disability Support, Long Term Condition Management and Elderly Care. Our teams are based in Auckland, Northland, Waikato, Bay of Plenty and the Central Region/Manawatu. Over the years Healthvision has earned an excellent reputation in both the health care sector and the community. We've built relationships with GPs, specialists, ACC, community groups and families. Healthvision is a member of the Home & Community Health Association and certified by ACC and HDANZ Health Audit NZ, DAA Group and compliant with Home and Community Support Sector Standards.
