Company description
Would you like to feel your burden of responsibly lift and regain the fun and freedom of childhood? You are in the right place.
During a career in Healthcare Mary has learned that the main cause for ill health is stress.
This can be the emotional stress of fear, anxiety and worry, grief and anger, the physical stress of body extremes in work and recreation and the mental stress of living a life in the future, 'what ifs', or in the past, 'if onlys'.
Using a wide range of modalities Mary provides a tailor-made service to address your current imbalances providing you with the tools to bring harmony back into your life.
These include
NZ First Light Flower Essences
Reiki
Muscle Testing
