Unfortunately this agency has employed an incompetent young person who possesses the customer services skills of a pent up chicken. Cannot operate betting terminal with any confidence to appropriate different betting strategys.. lack of traning.. ill give her that. Grunts , snarls and hisses just above her breath to express her disdain when she is unable to comprehend a simple bet instruction, which is a shame as it contorts her facial features . She will not have a very long tenure in a customer services roll but she would be right at home sitting in the guard house of a women's prison where she wouldn't need to interact with other human beings on a face to face basis. She could just sit there and watch human behavior through cctv. Long love the TAB..best of British Young lady
