Reasonably useless building company. Everything in the factory seems to run quite smoothly, and they have good communication at that stage. Once the house leaves the factory and arrives on site things quickly go to wrong. They have no systems in place to get your house finished once it's on site. We have been waiting for our deck garage and stairs into our house for 5 months and counting now. Basically no communication unless we call them. We had to sort out the plumber to get the house connected to services.
It is cheap, but you get what you pay for.
