MEDIATION
An inexpensive dispute resolution process aimed at helping people, organisations, companies and groups embroiled in a dispute or disputes arrive at mutually agreed outcomes. It is one of the key processes in the "alternative dispute resolution" framework helping people work through issues of difference in a confidential and "safe" environment.

ADVOCACY
Acting on your behalf or as representative where independent negotiation or advocacy is required e.g. negotiation of contracts, formulating policy, arbitrations and similar tribunals and hearings representation.
•We can represent you at arbitrations and similar tribunals and hearings.
•In full consultation with you we will complete all the preparatory work (writing pleadings, arranging witnesses, preparing evidence etc.) required to ensure that you are fully and professionally represented at any hearing.

NEGOTIATION
We can either:
Coach and support you to negotiate directly with another party to a contract, dispute, policy matter etc. and assist you to prepare your case and allied documentation.
Or
Represent you at any negotiation by completing all preparatory work, presenting your case and responding to the claims of the other party.

DEVELOPMENT OF PROPOSALS & SUBMISSIONS
Gemini Consulting researches, drafts, prepares and presents proposals for funding for the not-for-profit and commercial sector in full consultation with your organisation or company. Consulting is generally limited to funding proposals of $10, 000 or more.
In addition, we offer a similar service to draft and prepare submissions to local and national government entities (e.g. long term plans, etc.)
Many companies and organisations spend an inordinate amount of time on research, preparation and presentation of proposals or registrations of interest for funding, contracts, tenders etc. Successful funding applications require specialist writing expertise, a skill not always found in a fundraising generalist.
