Susan Wright , 3 years ago

My sister sought a resolution to ongoing issue with her prescription. She was reduced to tears in the process and left the premises in a distraught state. An offer to rectify the situation was finally given after 20minutes of feeling bullied and disempowered . Very poor customer service.
