Fowler Homes - Queenstown

We recently had the displeasure of dealing with Fowler Homes for a build in Hanleys Farm, Queenstown, and the experience was nothing short of a nightmare. Despite the end result being a quality build, the journey to get there was filled with deception, condescension, and incompetence that I wouldn't wish upon my worst enemy. First and foremost, Jason, the Managing Director. Unfortunately, he sets the tone for the company's lack of transparency. His dishonest and manipulative approach left a bitter taste in my mouth. Promises were made, deadlines were set, only to be consistently broken without any sincere apologies or explanations. It's disheartening to see a company head who lacks integrity and accountability. Scott, the Operations Manager, proved to be a disappointment as well. His condescending attitude and two-faced behaviour created a toxic environment. Communication with him felt like navigating a minefield – you never knew when he would switch from a seemingly pleasant conversation to a dismissive and patronising tone. A lack of professionalism and respect for clients is a surefire way to tarnish a company's reputation. Damian, the supposed Project Manager, demonstrated a complete lack of people skills. Instead of fostering a positive relationship with clients, he consistently exhibited rudeness and impatience. It became apparent that his forte lies in construction, not in managing the intricate web of tasks and communication that is vital for a successful project. Damian's demeanour left me questioning why he was entrusted with such a critical role in the first place. In conclusion, Fowler Homes may have delivered a quality build in the end, but if you're considering working with Fowler Homes, be prepared. While the end product may meet your expectations, the toll on your sanity and peace of mind may not be worth it.
