Having studied and completed my diploma in Remedial Sports Massage Therapy at the London School of Sports Massage, I have been working for myself since 2010, with continued training and research every year.
No single approach is right for everyone, but with a variety of different techniques and therapies to achieve the best result for your body.
I also surround myself with other health professionals that can further help you with your individual treatment plans; personal trainers, yoga teachers, osteopath, chiropractor, acupuncturist or physiotherapy.
Cancellation policy: Please provide at least 24 hours notice of any appointment cancellation or rescheduling.
If you cancel or change your appointment within 24 hours or do not turn up then your normal appointment fee will be charged. You can send someone in your place.
I apply this charge as I am self employed, if an appointment is not filled I do not work and therefore do not get paid. With less than 24 hours notice it makes it very difficult to fill the appointment time.
