Extremely disorganised and apparently the insurance fee I pay them every month does not cover them breaking or losing my product. I spent several years as a manager for several large consumer brands e.g. Carlsberg and Adidas and getting product moved and stored was never this hard. Visa Global Logistics and David Ballinger has made launching a business unbelievably hard. You want to be able to rely on your vendors and not have to fight them every step of the way. My calls and emails to the manager went unanswered, finally after waiting I had the manager David Ballinger call me to tell me they were cancelling the service and to remove my goods from there warehouse within 3 days or they would be auctioned off to meet 'their costs'!

Visa Global Logistics is a complete nightmare to deal with, 70% of shipments have problems either lost, paperwork not filled out correctly, over a weeks wait is common for them to get a courier in to ship out a product. No amount of speaking with the staff or general manager over a period of 3 months made any difference. A really couldn't care less, your problem attitude. Impact on our business was massive, lost business, having to provide cash compensation to our customers, loss in customer good will, lost time in calling them and chasing them around every every day.
