Fastway Couriers Northland, Whangarei

I have a parcel to be picked up Fastway picked it up last week, I told the driver it didnt have a proper label on it, he said no prob he had one in van and took parcel. On Monday the parcel was delivered back to me, left on my doorstep! I spoke with lady it was meant to go to she said she would organise with Fastway to pick it up again. It is now Wednesday and the parcel is still sitting here! I spoke with fastway the lady didn't know anything about it and got very angry with me when said that I had already told her there was no label. I am unwell and it is stressful enough having the box sitting around in the way without having people not listening and then getting angry.
