My appointment was made with the owner and when I arrived I was placed with a new staff member who appears to have extremely poor nail tech skills. Alas she struggled with a simple gel polish removal and French gel polish application. None of my nails match, there are dents and marks and even some old gel polish can still be seen underneath the French. So so disappointed. If you want care, professionalism and to go to a salon that cares about customer satisfaction Elysium is not the place for you. Do yourself a favour and go somewhere else.
