I have a fancy/expensive Philips iron that wasn't working properly and no one wanted to fix it. In the end I travelled to Albany from Waiheke Island with it and I'm so thrilled I did. I thought the people at Electrowave were great. My iron works perfectly now. 🙌🏻

Our Panasonic TV packed up when it was less than 3 years old. I contacted Panasonic to see what could be done and they put me in contact with Electrowave who have provided excellent service throughout. They contacted Panasonic who agreed to replace the TV. Communication has been good at all times as has the service. Their technician set up the replacement TV. All of this was at no charge(other than the original call out fee)
Thank you Derek and your team.
