Eat Urban Foodstuffs Limited, Matamata

Eat. Urban Foodstuffs was established in 2008 with original owners Sharion and Graeme. Kiri then owned the business for 3 years before passing it on to Charlie. Before Eat. Urban Foodstuffs the premises were formerly a Delicatessen. Charlie Lee (owner) is the happy go-lucky character you will see in the Cafe from time to time. With an eccentric and loud personality Charlie is a coffee-aholic (if there is such a thing), drinking sometimes up to 15 coffees a day. No wonder he is so full of energy! Since Charlie moved to New Zealand as an enthusiastic 18 year old, it has been a life-long dream of his to own his own Cafe. After searching for a long time on one of his travels he just happend to stumple upon Eat Urban Foodstuffs in the small town of Matamata. Charlie, being from Hamilton liked the small community and ambience of the entire setting so decided that Eat would be the perfect place.
