Dunmore Property Management is a locally owned residential property management company based in Mount Maunganui. We look after rental properties for landlords and property investors across Tauranga and the Western Bay of Plenty, including Mount Maunganui, Papamoa, Te Puke, Katikati and Omokoroa.

One fee. Everything included. Our management fee covers the full service:

• Free rental appraisal
• Tenant finding: listing, photos, viewings and tenant screening
• Tenancy agreement and bond lodgement
• Rent collection and arrears follow-up from day one
• Three-monthly rental inspections with a photo report within two business days
• Maintenance coordination, with invoices passed on at cost
• Healthy Homes compliance monitoring
• Tenancy Tribunal preparation and representation
• Statements with every payment and an end-of-year summary

No fee while no rent is collected. Your rate is set out in writing before you sign.

Our service standards are written into every management authority: emails answered within one business day, calls returned the same business day, maintenance requests acknowledged within four business hours and urgent repairs actioned the same day.

Rent is held on trust in a separate client account and paid to you on the 1st and 15th of every month, with a statement. Bonds are paid directly to Tenancy Services.

Investment property management for overseas owners, and switching from another property manager, are handled end to end: we manage the handover for you.
