Kerri rushed me to agree to two punch biopsy's - not the one I had booked for. I was left badly scarred by her work and a year later am trying to fix her mistake. Found Kerri did not listen to me as a patient, ignored me when I asked her to stop and was sent away with a dirty white bandage roughly slapped on covering my nose. Her stiches did not hold and I have been left with major scarring and no offer of help other than rebooking and paying for another appointment.
