Directions School of Dance, Hamilton

Dance tuition for all ages from 3 years through to adult. We teach American Jazz, Hip Hop, Contemporary, Lyrical, Musical Theatre and Ballet Technique. We have three Studios at our Hillcrest site, and one Studio in Cambridge. Experienced and enthusiastic tutors who make every class fun, along with teaching the requisite technical requirements. New students are welcome to try a class before committing, and spectators are welcome. Students studying syllabus work in Jazz, Hip Hop and Contemporary sit exams in August. The entire dance school is then involved in the annual end of year Show, which is held at the Founders Theatre in Hamilton every December. This is the fun part of the year, with each class learning choreography to fit their character, and polishing their dances before performing on stage.
