Description
Digital Dog is owned by broadcast professional Alf West. He's been making films for more than thirty years. It's his passion.
Alf is film trained (he even owned a 16mm Steenbeck back in the dark ages). He's worked on feature films and numerous major documentaries. His passion for music resulted in his editing more than half of the rock videos that were made in Auckland in the seventies and early eighties. Alf still enjoys putting pictures to music - "It's a natural combination that just works."
Company description
Working on programmes like the BBC's Panorama, TVNZ's country Calendar, TV3's 20/20 and a raft of docos has given Alf a deep appreciation of the power of the medium. "Producing television is a privilege" he says. "It's the most fun you can have with your clothes on."
Alf has worked for some of the world's top broadcasters including the BBC, ITV, Channel Nine Australia, CBC Canada, TVNZ and TV3.
These days Digital Dog caters for a number of commercial as well as broadcast clients. We have the talent and the expertise to produce powerful television. And we love it!
